Former Parma and Borussia Dortmund coach Nevio Scala is also tossing his hat in the ring for the Scotland job.

Chelsea 3-3 Everton at Stamford Bridge.
Manchester United 0-1 Aston Villa at Old Trafford.
Spurs 0-1 WOLVES LOL FAIL at White Hart Lane.

What a glorious morning for the Gunners. Need to beat Liverpool tomorrow and complete the best Premiership weekend in a while.

    Beat me to it, HP.

Pick up two on Chelski and Man Citeh, three on the Chosen Ones, three on the Spurts, who are swooning in fine form. :D

And who's got my favorite graphic of Sir Alex with the stoppage time graphic "Until We Score"? Didn't work today, now, did it?

    Goal of the season?

It won't go down as very important in the title chase (maybe to avoid relegation?), but this was brilliant. Ambitious, clever, and what about the execution? It didn't drop down over the keeper - it flew right in.

Anyone seen one like this before?

While that one was a free kick, I'd equate it with Beckham's halfway line shot for Manchester United against Wimbledon.

Stop me if you've seen this before...

Wayne Rooney diving. Again. At least the bastard was booked this time.

That damn Wolves win took a bit of the shine off a brilliant point away for Pompey, who scored 3 minutes into stoppage time to draw at Sunderland. That's the kind of point that can make all the difference in May, and given they have Chelsea away and Arsenal and Liverpool at home before the New Year, it's even more important.

The mighty Hawks, meanwhile, were knocked out of the FA Trophy at home by Dover Athletic, 3-2. Nothing left but the league to focus on now, and we're not doing so hot there either.

Saw that ... laughed heartily. I recall a cover of FourFourTwo not too long ago with a fist-pumping Rooney on the front. Among the many topics covered was "why I'll never dive!".

Couldn't happen to a nicer punk.

Dirk Kuyt with the opener for Liverpool. Probably could have had a penalty earlier, but ref didn't give it after Gerrard appeared to be brought down.
