Sports Writer, Pine Bluff, Ark.

The Pine Bluff Commercial, an award-winning daily newspaper in Southeast Arkansas owned by Stephens Media, Inc., is seeking an aggressive sports reporter to join our three-person staff.

Candidates should be self-starters with strong writing skills and a proficiency for meeting deadlines. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a plus. Coverage will consist primarily of the 14 high schools in our area, but opportunities to cover NCAA Division I Arkansas-Pine Bluff and Division II Arkansas-Monticello will be available.

The position offers competitive wages, health, dental, vision and prescription drug insurance.
