Ummm ... Don't look now, but Iowa State is eating an ex-lax laced burrito down in Austin. 28-21 now, with 3:15 left.

A 3rd and 2 here that could seal it for the Clones

Texas just stuffed Iowa State on third-and-1 with 1:09 left. Longhorns about to get the ball back.

One minute left, 90 yards to go for Texas. No timeouts.

    Good luck!

Back-to-back games or back-to-back home games? Thought they flashed a graphic earlier that said home games.

Well, this wouldn't be back-to-back losses for Texas since it won last week. But still, that's pretty amazing.

    And that's it. Texas falls.

This is Iowa State's first road win against a ranked opponent in nearly 20 years. Well, actually more than 20 years -- 20 years and three days ago.

Yeah, I heard it wrong. They actually lost back-to-back against UCLA and Oklahoma earlier this season.

    UCLA loss (home)
    OU loss (neutral)
    Nebraska win (road)
    ISU loss (home)

So it's back-to-back home losses, but across four weeks.

Wow. That's Iowa State's first win ever vs. Texas.

Just saw that the first I-A team ineligible for a bowl game is Minnesota.
As of 3:37 p.m., the Gophers were still the only one. Huh.

EDIT: Akron is on that list too. Missed the Zips.
