Can't beat the contrasting jerseys and shorts. My high school wore a green and gold variation on that uniform (including horizontally striped socks my junior year when they won the state title).
Marquette also had one of the worst road uniforms ever (69-72), also on this link.

 

Definitely the best huddle of all time. Loved how they lined up like that.

 

Football - Steelers, Raiders, Browns, Dolphins, Chiefs, Redskins, Cowboys, 49ers, Bears
Baseball - Cards, Yankees, Dodgers
Basketball - Knicks, Celtics, Lakers, most of the retro ones are much better than what they wear today
Hockey - Habs, Pens with a full penguin, Toronto, Boston,

 

That uniform was awful.

 

I have a Barkley jersey from that era. He is why I became a Rockets fan and that is the jersey they wore then. I don't see why people routinely think it is one of the worst but I could be biased. I like the logo and red/blue mix.

Fixed your post.....and many Kingston hockey teams through the years have been named after Fort Frontenac, which was named after a governor of New France. Kingston is also surrounded by Frontenac County.
