Is it still a Moonie paper? If so, being a White House or political reporter would be awfully, um, interesting.

  3. I believe it is no longer owned by the Unification Church but owned by a group of people with close ties to the Church.

All the normal Wikipedia caveats apply.

I guess it goes without saying that all these have The Moddy Seal ...

The White House beat or political reporter for a Washington D.C. paper?

    Those are great gigs. Great.

Political reporting is one area of the business that is growing. And, it's a great position to transfer to either TV -- they need talking heads to fill the 24 hour news cycle -- or to go "in-house" and do press work for a politician and/or candidate.

I'd like to get my resume to The Washington Times, if possible.

I know I'm late to the discussion here, but just re-found SJ.

Is there someone I can contact?

I think Skip is a shoo-in for a job. I'm sure Moddy will vouch for hm.
