It's only a proof. Haven't seen anywhere where both got out.

Ah, OK. Didn't recognize the name of the person distributing the Twitter feed and I assumed these were rack copies. Even better that they were on top of it enough to adjust quickly and save themselves.

I am sure there are some people out there saying the R-G went too far on the first one and wisely reined itself in. But if I'm guessing, I say the first story was right too, until Kelly changed his mind.

When the Timberwolves agreed to move to New Orleans and then backed out at the last minute in 1994, the Times-Picayune ran 80-point (or so) headlines on back-to-back days reading "GOT 'EM!" and "LOST 'EM!"

It didn't. The one on the right was the only one that saw newsracks or front porches the next morning. The one on the left saw a couple of garbage cans in the office and that was it. It was 5 minutes from being sent.

    Wrong Broncos coordinator is leaving.

    Dennis Allen to the Raiders.

First time the Raiders ever hired a HC from the defensive side of the ball. Then again, their defensive coordinator did die last year.

Wow, surprised Reggie didn't go with Winston Moss.

Allen is an up-and-comer, but I still find this a little surprising...

Colts go with Baltimore DC Chuck Pagano.

Wow, I didn't read every story on every coaching search, but that definitely isn't a name that many have heard bantered around the coaching carousel.

Then again, neither were Mike Smith and Mike McCarthy.

Perhaps I am overthinking this but - why in the world would you hire some nobody from the defensive side of the ball to take over a team that is in bad shape and will likely be rebuilding around a bright young quarterback?

    Worked with Manning.
