    I'm about to have a two week trial with them so I'll let you guys know how it goes but if the Tribune Company is dealing with them, they can't be that bad. I've been out there for awhile fellows and let me tell you, at this point it's better then working for free which I did at Bleacher Report.

    yep it was a human being, they got back to me quick, did the phone interview this afternoon and got the assignment. I'll keep you posted.

    We're looking for freelance sports writers to file anywhere from five to 15 Q&A stories per week. Our clients include large newspapers in several major markets across the United States. Pay is per piece: $10-$12/story. Word counts range from 200 to 350, and writers are responsible for getting high-quality photos via email from their subjects.

    Journalistic writing experience, particularly in sports, is preferred but not required. Must be familiar with Skype and Google Docs and have a reliable home Internet connection, as we run a virtual office. Also required: Top-notch interviewing skills and being able to work effectively with sources and management.
