    Old shop is touting all the honors it won in this so-called company-wide contest.

    Is this new?

    No market-size, state, or circulation parameters were mentioned as competition criteria. I tend to believe its boasting by the paper and bullshit by the corporation.

    It's garbage. Word is they came up with one list but had to change it when they realized how many winners had been laid off.
