Yeah, it's easy to see already that Scandal is already headed down the absurd path, which is unfortunate, because at times it seems like it has the potential to be a very watchable show.

 

It's called Cougar Town, yet neither of the 40-something female leads is chasing young guys.

That would be like calling a show Seinfeld but it stars Dice Clay.

 

I love Cougar Town. I will never apologize for it.

 

IJAG will make a good cougar someday.

 

There is a lot of truth to this, and I am sincerely grateful for it.

First of all, Bob's Burgers if fucking hilarious. I was "meh" on it at first, paid a little better attention as I watched and now love it.

Now, on to The Simpsons. Jesus Christ, I'm sick of everyone acting like this show is some hipster band they liked "back when it was cool" and everything since then sucks. My fave episode of all time is from Season 12. Are they all gems? No. But does everything after season 6 (or whatever someone said a few pages ago) suck? Also no.

In a lot of ways, it's funnier than it was at the beginning -- if not currently, certainly that's true five years ago or whatever. People act like they want the fucking Tracy Ullman shorts on TV every week instead of what has been a funny show for a long time. Get over showing us how special you are by saying the same thing every other idiot says, "The Simpsons hasn't been funny in 15 years! Derp!" In case you couldn't tell, I think it's very unfairly maligned.
