I'm a little late to the argument, but I thought I'd throw my .02 in: http://viv-bernstein.blogspot.com/

    Bash away!

No need to bash. I think she's right.

The Observer has had at least one full-time female sportswriter and several female sports copy editors.

  5. While the Charlotte columnist's comment was undoubtedly inappropriate, is it fair to take an employee's remark as representative of the entire company/department's philosophy?

In case anybody is confused about Versatile's post that follows this one, Drip initially referred to Bernstein as "he."

Thanks for trolling as usual. I corrected a mistake. Sue me.

You corrected it without admitting to it, a failing that I addressed. It's about credibility. You were so rushed to jump in to support a column that fits into your argument, you didn't even bother to read it carefully. It goes to credibility and is absolutely relevant to the discussion.

Let me see if I've got this right. In my haste, I typed "He" instead of "She." A poster pointed that out. l corrected it. And you're making an argument, a foolish one at that, saying its about credibility and relevance? OOP, I realize you have issues but you sound like an asshole with this post. It's definitely not that serious. Really.

Covering your mistakes in personal attacks and I'm the asshole? That's funny.

Pretty significant difference between he and she. I guess you are claiming it was a typo now rather than not bothering to know something so basic about the person you were quoting. Then again, you claim all sorts of things here, don't you?

Admit your mistake in a way that doesn't attempt to cover it up next time and it won't be an issue.
