Holy shit! Only 3 scholarship players are left on the team?! That's unpossible!

I've been seeing speculation on other boards that unless Kiel has actually attended a class at Cincinnati, he could return to ND and still be eligible in August.

 

I'm sure that would go over great in the locker room:

"Screw y'all, I'm not getting enough playing time. I'm going to Cincy."

(three weeks later): "Hey everybody, good to be back. Cheer, cheer for Old Notre Dame ..."

 

In what has to be considered a moral victory for Notre Dame, initial reports are that his departure was related to academics and not to a rape allegation.

 

This whole thing is nuts.
