Or they let him keep his Marriott points.

Ask 3 million Kentucky fans who covers UK hoops for the Lexington Herald-Leader, and 3 million can tell you the correct answer. Guarantee that.

Yes, we are adding positions to the Indy Star sports department. Two positions - Pacers beat writer and the IU beat writer (based in Bloomington) are now posted (in the Jobs section).

If someone just resigned, doesn't that mean they're adding one position?

Meaning, other departures besides the former IU guy?

Ramos tweet: We’ve got talent at @IndyStar – ESPN saw that. We’re hiring more.

Maybe that means this is true: http://www.sportsjournalists.com/forum/posts/3639211/

This one is like rearranging your offense around Player X, then Player X takes his talent elsewhere.
Wouldn't worry though. Ramos has it all under control.

So the new sports editor shakes it up, and two guys leave almost immediately? I guess changes weren't well-received :)

(Of course, in fairness, the ESPN-bound writer would have left regardless.......)

One left as result of shakeup (and I'm guessing two others would if they could). Most recent left for much better opportunity.
