Considering the Labor Day weekend hangover, we're doing pretty good with ballots this morning ...

BUT there are still SEVEN voters I'm waiting to hear from.

If that's you, please PM me your ballot ASAP.

Yes, they lost by three points on the road at one of the most difficult places to play in the country to the No. 6 team.

If that's their only loss, the Bulldogs will be headed to the national championship game. The Malcolm Mitchell injury hurt more than the loss. I thought about bumping them down for that, but he's not that great.

Since the first poll was for the preseason, should this be Week 1 or Week 2? I lean to Week 1, as in after the first week of the season.

If Georgia doesn't lose again and Clemson doesn't lose, it'll be Clemson v. Ohio State in the title game if Ohio State goes unbeaten.

    Except that it won't.

But shouldn't they at least be below Clemson? I could see an argument for keeping them No. 3 (I mean, really, how much credit should teams get for beating the Buffalos of the world). But it seems odd to have them ranked above the team that beat them when that matchup is the only data point we have so far.
