    The Kearney (Neb) Hub has an opportunity for an ambitious, conscientious reporter to join our sports coverage team. The position includes writing and page layout with an emphasis on innovation and a willingness to embrace all forms of online media. The Hub is a 10,000-circulation, six days per week newspaper with a three-person full-time sports staff covering a vibrant region that includes 29 high schools, an NCAA Division II university competing in 17 sports and a United States Hockey League team.     I was the sports editor for a sister newspaper not long ago. It's a pleasant area and Buck Mahoney, the sports editor, is a good guy. Division II university has a stellar volleyball and wrestling program.
