    That's actually a fantastic idea. Have it where an old geezer born in 1929 gets a draft notice because his birth certificate mistakenly says he was born in 1992.

    Or, better yet - a spaced-out Vietnam vet born in 1949, but his birth certificate or SSN file mistakenly says 1994.
