More than half of statements made on FOX News are "flat-out false"

    I assume that about all politicians. Has held me in good stead for a while.

    FNC is nothing short of pernicious. Some decent individuals work there -- paycheck and all that -- but, generally speaking, it's done more harm to American discourse than any single source in culture, much less news.

    No way, Alma. No way. Social media has been far more damaging to polite discourse.

    Then again, I can't understand why anyone even watches TV "news" channels.
