    "Credit" would be the last thing I'd give him.

    He is best treated as a cash-only customer.

    I get the malice directed at him, and really, I cannot say it is unwarranted. That said, when news of his bankruptcy settlement came out, my expectation was low that he'd even be able to keep playing long enough to pay it all off, let alone actually do so. So when I say give him credit, it's for doing more than what was expected.
