Mitch Albom would have gotten that interview, people. Whether Rogers was there or not.

But Rodgers is not obligated, much less required, to comment.
He's a football player at a basketball game. Go interview basketball people.

N0 one complained when he was in the locker room after Wisconsin's victory over Arizona last year.

Best thing Rodgers could have said is, "Talk to them, they won the game."

What do you do if you're his boss? Tell him just that and move on?

If you're a college kid and the NFL MVP is there rooting for your school, that's pretty cool.

Rodgers did nothing wrong. Dodd is acting like an ass.

Yes - if there's a history of this kind of thing (speaking generally, not with Dennis because I don't follow him closely enough to know his history), maybe you do something else.

If Dodd doesn't watch it, people are going to start to hate the media.

It's also not uncommon at all for celebrities to have a pass that lets them on the floor after games. I remember Bill Cosby having one in 2001 when Temple was playing. If there's a school like USC or UCLA in the tournament there are usually several celebrities on the floor after a big win.

I gotta wonder what prompted Dodd to take this complaint to Twitter. It seems more like the kind of thing you complain about with your colleagues in the press box or in the hotel bar. They can at least relate. This just makes Dodd sound butthurt because he couldn't get the high school quarterback to come to his party to anyone not familiar with the working in the media.

Twitter is just waiting to bring us all down.
