Mike Klis leaves Denver Post

    They've made exceptions before. I think there was a freeze when Schefter left and they still went out and hired Bill Williamson. Although, things are a lot different now than they were back then.

    Two full-timers. Others filled in as necessary on home games and playoff games.

    I keep reading the subject as "Mila Kunis leaves Denver Post."

    The website has Nicki Jhabvala and Troy Renck as the Broncos reporters.

    Congratulations to Ms. Jhabvala. She was previously the digital news editor for sports at the Post. Which I guess further proves that if you want to be a prominent sportswriter the path starts on the digital side- where there is at least a little hiring- rather than writing preps.

    I think they did the same thing with a previous Rockies opening.

    They made the announcement of Nicki Jhabvala moving over to cover the Broncos yesterday. She updated her LinkedIn page as well. There are some other musical chairs going on over there as well in the newsroom.
