So much for Hoody's shrinkage theory.

The only thing I'm curious about is the punishment.

The Falcons lost a fifth-round pick and got a $350K fine for piping noise into the stadium.

I would think minimum would be $500K and a third-round pick, but I don't think anything would surprise me.

Funny how the report wasn't ready until after THIS year's draft.

“It is more probable than not” strikes me as a pretty low threshold for disciplinary action from the league.

The league will apologize to the Patriots for failing to "definitively determine" that the Patriots were at fault, and for putting Tom Brady and Bill Belichick through all they had to "endure" during Super Bowl week, per Bob Kraft's request.

They should make them change their team name to the Keystone Cops for one season. Every team cheats, I'm convinced of that, but they have an uncanny ability to get caught in ways that are embarrassing and stupid.

It's basically the "preponderance of the evidence" standard used in most civil lawsuits. If it's good enough to use to award million dollar judgments, it's good enough for NFL punishment.

Basically it states, we know you cheated, you know you cheated we just don't have enough concrete evidence to do much about it.

Schiez, Rhody, still believe they had nothing to do with it?
