That was Vijay's secret for a long time, too, no?

  2. Monty goes 0-for-the majors on the PGA tour.
Today he bagged his third Senior Tour major .. in resounding fashion.
He's won the Senior US Open (avenging his choke job at Winged Foot) and back-to-back Senior PGA Championships.

    Go figure.

He's still trying to mend fences with Tiger. He'll also be back on the bag for Adam Scott on a part-time basis.

TW has his work cut out for him to make the cut at the Memorial. In Round 1 he hits four fairways and knocks it OB at 18, which is virtually impossible to do. He'll be lucky to keep it in the 70s at the U.S. Open.

That player in a freefall through the Memorial standings is Tiger Woods, who played the last 11 holes in 11 over par, finished with a quadruple-bogey 8 at the last hole and signed for an 85. What kind of odds could you have gotten if you had walked into a Vegas sports book and said, "I want Zac Blair (he was paired with TW) over Tiger Woods and I'll give him 14 strokes." Maybe 25,000-to-1?

He's teeing off first and playing by himself tomorrow, unless someone drops out or he requests a playing partner. Imagine that.

Surprised an injury hasn't occurred and a WD posted for him yet.

Yeah, I was wondering what the odds of him actually playing are.

It's Nicklaus' tournament. He wouldn't do that here.

I agree, but that is probably the ONLY reason he didn't disappear.

Today could be good for him as he works on his game. It has to be a little sobering and humiliating to have fallen all the way to the other end of the leaderboard.

    Out 34, in 40, 74, +2.

+14, comfortably last among those that made the cut, by EIGHT strokes.

Haven't seen whether or not he had a partner as a marker.
