Tony, the group you cited is biased and they have made ridiculous arguments. Your attempt at a gotcha moment failed miserably and you were rhetorically handed your ass. That is inarguable among the sane.

But I thank you for that last line of your post. It is as close as we will get to having you admit that your entire point of view on this issue is based in religion. You have avoided admitting as much, probably because you know religion is correctly and easily dismissed in a legal argument in this country, but it is quite clear.

The AAP does not consist of "learned professionals who have dedicated their lives to children"?

You're right, though. Who ya gonna believe -- the 99.9 percent of doctors who lean one way or the 0.1 percent who go the other?

Tony's off the chain here. This is almost as bad as when he traversed the Rust Belt looking for fraudulent voters.

If Hollywood has taught me anything, it's the rogue cop/scientist with nothing to lose who is always right!

    Tony, you should stop.

Even if you don't like it, you might as well accept it.

Gay marriage is here to stay. Gay people are really happy about this fact.

You being angry about it doesn't change anything. It just leaves you angry.

Since it's such an interesting foray into the worst fears of a dark mind ... why exactly would that study, funded by conservative groups, be right and every comment to the contrary be evidence of a political agenda?

The root of the fear is this simple: the fear is that faggots will turn hetero kids into faggots because hetero kids, they fear, will grow up in a faggot environment and thus emulate faggot behaviors that are contrary to those which they'd see between a man-woman marriage.

You're free to tear apart the study's methodology. None of the "experts" in the story who didn't like the findings were able to do so. They simply whined about the findings.
