I'm just joking. I don't expect every person to read every post. I don't.

No, I don't think I've ever seen a gun, live and in person. Definitely in parades, in military formations. Probably in a police officer's holster. And that about does it.

I'm not a hunter (though I wouldn't mind trying some day). I'm not a gun hobbyist. But I recognize that both appeal to people.

See, this is it. Anybody can "recognize" that they appeal to people. Even I do that.

But it means nothing unless you know why.

 

I would not want to be on the bad side of an angry Internet mob. It can get brutal.

Most people have no problem with hunting, so it may be hard for some to realize why this sparked outrage.

I think if you kill something that has a name, you might not want to celebrate too much.
