He won't need to sic the Justice Department. The courts are going to take care of this one.

Wrong. I still salute her. She's the first Democrat of the last 20 years to actually HAVE a principle.

Honestly, why not just fire her? Am I missing something?

You can't fire someone in an elected position. It would have to be impeachment.

    even though an activist judge

    My favorite phrase!

The person who wrote it, Bryan Fischer, is certainly an interesting character according to Wikipedia. Fischer's comments about homosexuality caused the AFA to be designated a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) in November 2010.[5] To avoid being classified as a hate group, the AFA has officially repudiated Fischer's views on Muslims, Native Americans, Hispanics, and African Americans, as well his claims that the Holocaust was caused by homosexuals, that homosexuality should be outlawed, and thatHillary Clinton is a lesbian.[6][7]

If Barbwire.com isn't the authoritative source on American jurisprudence, I don't know what else is.

We're getting close to No. 1 dumb poster territory here.

You don't have to be versed in the law to know that's a crock of shit.

So the Constitution grants law-making powers to bodies other than the Congress?
