When white kids protest they generally don't loot malls, burn drug stores, steal liquor and beat passers by with rocks. They are still kids but at the point in their lives when they are in highschool, have a decent amount of respect for authority figures, like parents, teachers and police.

As a generalization, respect and authority towards teachers and police is a white thing and lower socio economic blacks and middle class black pousers treat teachers and police as an occupying force rather than a netral or positive force in their lives

 

We need a Kent State-type incident to whip the blacks into shape.

Better parenting would solve many more of these problems than any government action. Believe it or not, it's not all that difficult to go through life without coming close to ever being arrested.
