You did. I don't think any Steelers fan argued the point. They play down to shit opposition far too often to doubt it. Hell of a way to piss away their season.

Cam loses on white privilege week. Coincidence?

So a player has the ball in his hands and is running with it, and the clock doesn't run. If it is a rule, then it should be changed.

Look at the rules. The clock does not start until the receiver of a free kick enters the field of play, which does not include the end zone.

Everybody has a billionaire owner in the NFL. Unlike Kelly's college experience.

Matthew Slater had a really good, thorough explanation for the Patriots screwup during the postgame -- it wasn't a screwup.
Belichick told him if the Pats won the toss, they were kicking. Slater asked several times for clarification, and at one point joked that Belichick must have "thought he was concussed" because he kept asking. Belichick also told the officials before the toss that that was their intention.
The confusion post-toss was on which way the Patriots were kicking. Slater thought they got to choose, but their choice was to kick so they lost the option. Slater said when he asked, "Don't we get to choose?" that he was asking for clarification on that.

Belichick has opted to kick in overtime at least once before, so it's not a new thing for him. With the new rules, it's also not a terrible decision like it was 10 or 15 years ago when Marty Mornhinweg did it.

Yes, that would be an issue, I suppose.

Against a quarterback who is not in the first-tier of NFL quarterback, I would elect to kick to open overtime in any cold weather stadium late in the year. If Ryan Fitzpatrick is going to take a team for a TD drive on one possession, it's just not your day anyway.
