About 9 million people who previously didn't have insurance now have insurance. People with pre-existing conditions now have access to health insurance. Millions more would have insurance if the GOP governors simply accepted the federal funds available to them to expand Medicaid. Rates went up all of 2 pct. from 2014 to 2015. And, no, it didn't kill any jobs.
