I'm not saying flying on an airplane is a right.
I'm just saying being able to board the plane without being searched and having your luggage x-rayed/searched is a right.
Being able to walk from the entrance of an airport to the gate with as much shampoo, mouthwash, baby formula, or drink as you want is a right (not restricted to 3 oz).
