Why does this bug you? When I hear Trump say these things I honestly think about how hurtful it is and how it would make a person feel. My amazing wife was called terrible names by her brother as a child (he is a cop now, big surprise) and it hurts to this day. I can not fathom how a real man can support Trump.

 

Speaking for myself, I don't need to picture terrible things happening to my family to think through something clearly.

Although I didn't forget Kaine was on Clinton's ticket, I feel like Pence is far more identifiable as a Veep candidate.

Maybe that's because it looked like, for a second, he might be anointed a presidential candidate, but still...
