Considering their agenda includes taking by force tiny islands in a disputed, resource rich area, enlarging them enough to plop military bases on and then telling the entire world that they now own the South China Sea and to fuck off, I think much of the world would find that agenda objectionable. Their neighbors certainly do. Everything that Russia and China do is not justified by our previous actions, BTE.

tbf, actually, to recast an answer to your question a bit, I would answer none of the above.

Terrorism, whether by non-state actors or state-sponsored, is our number one threat in the world today. The threat is real everywhere. On our homeland, and just look at the mess in Europe.

If any rogue country gives a small scale nuke that can be hand-carried into a city by a terror cell, God help us all.

I sense a serious lack of perspective (and more than a little cowardice) among the folks, particularly the ones sitting in US suburbs, who worry themselves into a tizzy over terrorism. Something like 4,000 refugees died just crossing the fucking Mediterranean this year. Meanwhile, these folks' biggest concern seems to be that we might actually try to help some of those who survive.
