Haha. Yeah, you're a joy around here, shottie.

I'm sure they're lined up around the block to say the same of you.

Speaking of "above the fray," here's Rick! Wait, QYFW liked your post! Now my feelings are bruised!

I'm not trying to be liked or disliked. I'm just being me. You should try it. Honesty is liberating.

    Then you're half-winning. :)

I reiterate my nostalgia at seeing an old thread yesterday where you responded earnestly to a question I asked about baseball.

It's odd. People who hate me now:

    • Typefitter (didn't used to)
    • SportsPredictor (always has)
    • Riptide (always has)
    • jr/shotglass (didn't used to)
    • RickStain (didn't use to)
    People who like me now:

    • QYFW (didn't used to)
    • JC (didn't used to, I don't think)
    • Double Down (didn't used to)
    • LongTimeListener (didn't used to)
    • MisterCreosote (didn't used to, but sometimes still gets pissy with me because he's a pretty honest dude)
    • Moddy (didn't used to)
Alliances shift around here like the wind.

I was just throwing out a zing.

I'd come with much more than that if I wanted to "put you in your place."

Look, dude. It's not that my feelings are bruised about it. If that's what he chooses to do, so be it. It's just an example of him cheering on bullying tactics. My suggest was that if you despise someone so much that you are sending, "I know who you really are" emails, in rapid succession, to someone, maybe you should reassess.

Man, if you think I dislike you, you're wrong. You are unusually thoughtful. I mean that sincerely.

Believe me, if I dislike anyone, it's not someone who actually presents their case with some modicum of depth. I just tire of people who sit around waiting to diss others with singular comments. (And I don't mean you either, MC. You usually bring more to the table than that.)

You were never important enough for me to dislike. :) In all seriousness, adults have issues with each other. But most of us can get past them. That's why you see "shifts." I left the board for a year after going all Whitman on LTL. But I'm not dragging that shit around with me forever. We can still cordially make Aaron Rodgers gay jokes.

Although TSP hates everyone that has ever disagreed with him. He's the exception to being a normal human adult.

Dude, there's only one person who hates everyone that has ever disagreed with him. And we've learned to accept it from him. :)

    (oop, I did it again)

Who sent the first email? Convenient of you to overlook that.
Those who taunt can expect to be taunted back.
