I'm not really seeing your point, @cranberry. You've largely conceded that there was only so much he was going to accomplish. Why is it an embarrassment he didn't accomplish more than that?

If the Rangers offered me the major-league minimum to be their 8th inning setup guy, I'd trot out there grinning like a mule eating briars. It'd be rockets red glare from the first pitch, but I wouldn't be embarrassed by it.

 

Or Jon Huntsman. LOL.

Thing is, if Kasich had won the nomination, he would have been portrayed as the most severely conservative ever by the media/left, instead of the centrist they hoped to convince to run as an independent against Trump.

 

He was a good idea, but he went too far.

 

A. Does he have a day pass, or a permanent pass? Almost anyone can get a day pass.

B. Is the Seth Rich case any more absurd than some of the Louise Mensch theories that @Neutral Corner falls for on a daily basis?
