Well ... I'd be thankful for it if I were at the State Fair of Texas.

Somewhere between 100-999. Don't think he hit 1,000 but maybe. It was a 30-song set.
Foo ain't cheap but they don't rip you off.

I'm still mad about Dave shit talking and f-bombing me and 49,000 of my friends the night after we saw him at Citi Field. He said we sucked and the crowd was much better than the night before. Why Dave why? I blame you. You were probably there goading him on. :D

I was - apparently he does that kind of thing every time they play a second (or third) show in the same city.
This was the best set yet. It just went on and on.

He also went off on some guy on the floor, near the front, who kept holding up a bright yellow poster. Dave told him to "get that fucking thing out of my face. I'll give you my pick. I'll give you TWO picks after the show. Just get that Costco shit out of my face. There's also people behind you who might want to see. You're persistent, you win. You can have the picks. I like you. I do feel sorry for your girlfriend."

Might have been his biggest cheer of the night. After the show, he indeed hopped off stage and gave the guy his picks.

When we saw him in NY, he put on as good and high-energy a show in a wheelchair as anyone else could have on two good legs.

Grohl exudes the kind of rock-star joy that the rest of us figure would come from anyone in that kind of job.

I'm not being scoldy, either. It's just great watching Grohl have so much fun in his shows.
