I predict Mueller will purposefully orchestrate it so that the NY attorney general can bring state charges against people if Trump tries to pardon them. This is how Kushner ends up being the second person in his family to go to prison.

Oh, right, okay. I agree, except I wonder whether his life outside of prison, post-flip, is almost the scarier prospect. I'm with @Double Down. I think he's done some seriously bad shit in league with seriously bad people.

 

If Trump's hubris and idiocy gets his son-in-law in the clink... Well, that's almost too amazing a prospect to contemplate. How many times have members of Trump's family just wished he'd been an idiot celebrity instead of an idiot president?
