    When I read that, I took it as, "This is to show you what a disciplined person he is (whether it is true or it was PR bunk)." As in, he limits the number of almonds (most of us, just grab a handful). ... and he is consistent, eating the same exact number of them at the same time, every day.

    I've got: A) uber-progressive in-laws coming in for Christmas; and B) close to 15 gallons of homebrew at the ready. I am absolutely going to bottle some with a version of that label!
