Trump's not a troll, at least not in the "I know this is not true, but I'm just saying this to get a rise out of people" sense. He's not "playing chess while everyone else is playing checkers."

He's a marginally intelligent old man with marginally intelligent old man views. Like a lot of people his age, he has no filter.
