One thing I've wondered about Trump, his business, high-rise real-estate in New York, how tough is it, really?

Somebody once said it requires a "Win-or-die" mindset. and if you can succeed at it, you can succeed at anything.

Please, spare, me. It's not like it's the NFL or anything. How tough can it be to get a building built?

I imagine it's even easier if you were born rich like he was.

 

It’s obviously a lot easier than AC casinos.

 

But you got the one that you should have known, many of us did, that was worse. In all ways, worse. And he lies to you, not us because we know that too, but he lies to you-and yours-every day. Every day, repeatedly, just so it really sinks in and you believe it. When people say cult, they are not being snarky or fresh, the are describing the true situation of many trumpers.

NY Real Estate is not difficult. It can expensive. Trump Tower was an achievement. Nothing else he’s done would be considered very good. He’s been a marginal player in NY for 25 years.
