Administration now says more than 5,200 troops will be deployed to prevent those asylum seekers from entering the US. So stopping them is now a higher priority - manpower-wise - than fighting ISIS was.

And people say Trump isn't a dealmaker!

 

I started seeing rumors that the GOP was trying to smear Mueller last night on twitter. I keep peeling the onion, and I could certainly be wrong, but it is starting to look like the "Woman being paid" story was a BS ploy, with the intent that reporters would jump all over it and report it as fact. They story would then be discredited and the poor GOP operative who "was smeared by the liberal media" would be the hero of the piece. The female witness was sketchy, reporters did not like the smell, and several reported it to Mueller's office who promptly asked the FBI in the find out the facts.

Somebody's little wheel within a wheel plot just got caught off base.

We'll see how it shakes out, but my money is on some GOP dirty tricks specialists getting nailed.
