    It's the narrative the Republicans are pushing because their attempts to demonize the left are about all they have right now.

    It's actually not a bad thing for the Democrats because the Republicans are spending their time going after her instead of the potential candidates who might run for president in 2020.

    What's unconstitutional is using fabricated emergency declarations to usurp the constitutional function of Congress to make appropriations and essentially give the chief executive line-item budget power.
