Well, first you have to inflate it so you can get bigger loans, but when the tax man comes around, lord the house looks like a rummage sale.

Nothing to see here, though. Obviously no crisis going on , because CNN said so.

Why does anyone watch CNN or MSNBC? Doesn’t everyone want news that isn’t intentionally lying to them? It’s one thing to get details wrong, it’s another thing altogether when your news outlet is knowingly passing along demonstrably false info in hopes of advancing a political agenda.

This misstates things. Most of the opposition to the wall was in response to Trump's bullshit "and Mexico will pay for it", and the fact that Immigration numbers were way down. Public support was also very low, it was not just media opposition.

Those numbers have spiked over the last, what, four or five months, and now they truly do have a growing problem. What we desperately need is a new, sensible bipartisan immigration policy, but that's not going to happen any time soon.

Has she actually limited herself to 10 yachts? It's an interesting ploy. The woman who is wealthy enough that she doesn't need a penny of her salary donates what sounds like a lot of money to the average person, $50,000, to try to justify taking $18 million away from the Special Olympics. It's not very hard to see through it, but plenty of folks are dumb enough to buy it.

We could make them honorary white people. Then they'd be welcomed everywhere.

There is that aspect as well. It is a lovely mix of someone trying to push their morality on others while at the same time being a corrupt human being, thus bringing that morality into question.

Why do you want to subject them to reverse racism? That's just cruel.

At least he spelled Schiff’s name right for once.

For the life of me, I don't get what the "crisis" is?

They are people who are eager to come here to get away from places that suck. Most of them are motivated to succeed and live the American dream. It's the story of the ancestors of nearly everyone already here, including the loudest racists and xenophobes who have irrational hatred for them.

Let them in. And stop wasting money trying to herd and police them. It's dumb beyond belief.

At worst, we get a workforce of people willing to do necessary jobs that most of us don't want to do. At best, many of them live a version of the American dream, and their kids and grandkids will be indistinguishable from you, me and the majority of Americans who have a similar ancestry and story.

We should embrace them. If you want to blather about America's greatness, the opportunity and melting pot aspects of the country are by far the things that have always most distinguished us from the rest of the world.

Don’t forget her brother runs Blackwater, which Trump wants to turn into a privatized SWAT team in Afghanistan
