    So the teleprompter went down. I'd ask if Trump is that damn dumb that he should have reviewed the speech beforehand, saw the line about the airports and ask WTF, but, we already know he is that damn dumb.

    I think he was using his trick of when he says a word incorrectly he replaces it with a couple extra words to make up for it. There is a video out there. I think he got mixed up with ramparts and stumbled into airports.

    Trump is in the odd position where the more he "shores up his base" the more he alienates and makes less likely that he'll ever get over 50 percent approval.
