Oh it certainly will, because by doing so he'll be committing a battery of federal crimes, all hot and fresh and beyond the scope of the all-purpose comprehensive self-pardon he'll write for himself effective at 11:59 am January 20.
At 12:01 pm, if he says anything other than "yes sir" to the incoming President and his personnel, they can shove automatic weapons under his chin and drag him off in neck shackles.

 

Oh, I didn't mean it wouldn't matter at all. I just meant if he still claims to be POTUS. I'd love to see Secret Service toss him out on his fat backside. The only real flaw in the slaw is if there are armed people who put loyalty to him above the law. I really don't want a scenario where we have two factions of the Secret Service trading shots at one another. If we go there, it truly is over.

 

But you can bet your last ruble the WH staff will leave plenty of nasty notes for the incoming staff.
