    The Miserable Four want to block the stimulus bill because poorer people may get a little extra but they have no concerns about billion-dollar corporations that have been fucking their customers for years through fees and decreased services crying for a bailout within days of this starting.

    And even if you test negative, all that means is you don't have it now. It doesn't make you bullet-proof. That's why they try and save tests for people who are showing symptoms or with a hight liklihood of having contracted it. That said, considering that so many people in Trump's circle have been around a positive case - seems to make sense that they've been tested.
