Hereditary rulers don't really make sense, but when the time comes she really delivers. Can you imagine Trump delivering this speech without running far afield with ad-libs and self congratulation?

 

She's not a ruler, she's the ceremonial head of state. She's good at it, too. But there are plenty of countries where an elected President fills that same role even if they're often elected by the legislature and not the public.

 

We've even had some of those here. Just not lately.

 

You watch, in a day or so they'll wheel him out in front of the cameras and he'll make some kind of halfway civilized-sounding speech (probably significantly plagiarized from the Queen).

To be immediately greeted by fawning hosannas by his media sycophants. "He gets it. The president has arrived," etc etc blah blah.

Then in another day or so he'll be shitting all over everybody again.

 

With a new, "king" look.

 

Seeing his little brother Boris has gone to hospital, I'm sure they're furiously planning for Fatfuck's own stage-managed fake COVID event.

Friend just passed along the thought that “cure is worse than disease” that Fox News and Trumpists have been spouting. Consider me informed.

No I did not yell or throw anything, I merely reminded him that I’m relying on scientists who have devoted their lives to studying medicine and microbiology, etc. and that the scary thing is we don’t know how it works. Think about it, we the 8.5B people have figured out how to handle every other virus known since history of mankind and have vaccines and cures for them, all except COVID 19. That’s scary.
