Chris, I understand everyone's under a lot of pressure -- and I believe we will all have some form of PTSD when this is all over -- but these bush-league press conferences are just too much. When the kid keeps sticking the dinosaur toy up his nose you take away the dinosaur toy. Very simple remedy.

1) Trump makes up conversations all of the time so he figures that everyone else does the same thing. The big strong men crying in front of him, etc. He is pathologically both in need of praise and sensitive to criticism, so the only way that someone could possibly criticize him is through the use of made up sources.

2) He knows that reporters won’t reveal their sources so it’s is easy to say that the conversations are fake. He’s far from the only politician to use this to their advantage.

3) The GOP and FNC have been waging a war on the truth for years. So their supporters and conditioned to filter anything which casts them in a less than perfect light with the justification that it must be made up to hurt the. It is the bullshit mountain which Jon Stewart talked about on steroids.

Thousands of Wisconsin ballots could be thrown out because they don’t have a postmark

As it turns out, the post office does not place any postmark at all on some mail, such as ballots that are sent via metered mail. In other cases, ballots had postmarks which merely said that the ballot was mailed at some point in April of 2020, without giving a specific date. In some other cases, the postmark was too illegible to determine on what date it was mailed.

 

I don’t know what’s worse: the asshole governor or the chickenshit law firm.
