    So it's over.

    Without liability insurance, the presidents can blame insurance companies as they kick the can down the road. The ADs, coaches, players and fans can blame the presidents, who can throw up their hands and say, "We tried but we can't get liability to cover you!"

    Everybody's able to self-righteously point fingers at somebody else without taking any blame or credit.

    America! Or 'MURICAH!
