How do you relax?

    Most of us live busy lives. How do you relax?

    For myself, I enjoy a few cold beers while listening to some classical music - Für Elise , for example.

    I don't relax easily.

    But meditation has served me very well, especially the last couple of years.

    As for fun / get away from work kind of relaxaion, I come on here. ... and I play golf clash on my phone for a few minutes every day.

    I read. I'm up to 90 books this year (thanks pandemic). But I've rarely been able to totally relax, not really wired that one. I worry about things I have no reason to worry about, things like that.

    We feed birds every morning after breakfast. That might be the best part of my day.

    Gardening has been a great thing during the pandemic.

    I sit in a very comfortable chair and watch old episodes of Law & Order to relax.

    But I also think my bike rides are pretty relaxing.

    At our house outside Richmond, which backed up to woods and a creek, we had a lot of feeders and we'd keep a list. Yeah, I agree. It was wonderful.
    I'll never forget the morning we saw our first pileated woodpecker. Amazing.
