I have heard “shy voter” theories about every election I’ve ever been old enough to pay attention to. It’s the electoral equivalent of “intangibles,” a kludge used to explain the difference between what the objective evidence says and what the person wants to believe.

 

There are a hell of a lot of people who want to say eff you to Fatboy.

 

IIRC in California they are called Tom Bradley voters.

 

CBS was noticeably pissed at yesterday’s stunt.

 

The concrete evidence of state, local, and presidential primary elections is that turnout has been off the charts high, and there's absolutely no reason to expect that to stop for the climactic election.

 

The office of President has never been shit upon like this.

There are a lot of people on both sides who feel our country has list a lot of respect around the world.

Bush and Obama never made a joke of the position like this.

 

This is the biggest problem with online learning. No female teachers banging their students for Poin to track.

 

Most first-time voters will probably be young activists who have registered to vote for the first time mostly because they hate Trump and all he stands for. Maybe they don't like Biden, per say. They might believe he is not progressive enough. But they also realize no progressive legislation will ever happen under four more years of Trump. I think, anyway.

 

The groundswell started in the 2018 mid-terms, I'm hoping that momentum continues next month (got to right?)
