    maybe it will. But let’s see.

    indictments don’t mean much. Mostly, they allow prosecutors to lean on a secret group of folks to explain their decision making. In Kentucky, said jury was used as a cover for the AG not charging the Breonna Taylor cops. In STL, the opposite.
