At least this journalistic endeavor had the sense to put “hearing” in quotes.
I missed the show but were any ‘witnesses’ placed under oath? Is taking an oath under the penalties of perjury even applicable to a TV show? Were there ‘questioners’ who weren’t employed by the attorneys who planned the event?

anyone who calls it hearing without quotation marks is ignorant.

Trump case in Pa. appealed to Supreme Court. If the paranoid visions are to come true, this'll make it happen. Or not. Correction: It's an appeal to Alito to issue a temporary injunction blocking finalization of Pa. results, which have already been finalized and certified.

Courts like to issue as narrow of an opinion as possible unless they are trying to make a point. I would assume that Alito can simply deny the TRO as moot.

Alito will do the thing he's been chosen to do.

Appeal filed with Wisconsin Supreme Court to throw out all votes cast in Milwaukee and Dane (Madison) counties.

But the votes from primarily white areas of Wisky are fine. Cool.

A pardon for Rudy? Has he been charged with anything.
Biden's DOJ needs to say a pardon is only good for a specific crime. Blanket pardons for any and every crime are null and void.
For anyone who says that sets a bad precedent, I think it serves a great precedent that you can't just do whatever you want and expect to skate.
